An order was placed for a stocking with a personalization on it. Personalization Universe, a seller on Amazon.com then took that name (personalization) and changed it, then charged the customer for the stocking, and sent them the stocking with the incorrect name. When the customer attempted to correct Personazliation Universe's mistake, the business sent the seller a fake invoice with the incorrect name on it, claiming it was submitted that way. After further investigations, the customer continued to reach out to explain the personalization that the business had done was incorrect, due to a mistake by Personalization Universe. Instead of offering a refund or admitting to the error, the business continued to fraudulantly inform the customer that Personalization Universe was not at fault, and even tried to sway the customer into buying more merchandise from them at a discounted price, baiting the customer with continued discounted offers via personal email.
