I received a Personal Creations catalog in the mail. The catalog contains a coupon promo code 40% off any order. I ordered through the website and at checkout, I entered the promo code for the 40% off and it was not applied. I participated in an online chat with a Personal Creations representative who after asking that I provide a copy of the front and back of the promo code card and my order (which I did provide/upload) was told that Personal Creations had already added a promo code and that I could not apply a second promo code. This is misleading as the price stated in the catalog as well as on their website does not indicate anywhere that a promo code has already been applied. Therefore, the 40% off coupon does not apply. Looking at other products in the catalog, if a regular price has been marked through with a red line (which EVERY product has been) and it shows a discount to the side, then a coupon will not apply. I feel this is misleading, false advertisement and unethical. This is very disappointing as I have been a long time customer. I will no longer order from Personal Creations.
