I placed an order for custom furniture through this company in late June, and have receipts to prove the order was paid in full. Four weeks after hearing nothing from the company, I contacted them through the info given on their website. There was no reply to my email inquiry, and no answer or voicemail at the phone number. I contacted them again through the email address I'd been given, and got no reply despite repeated attempts. I contacted them through Facebook and Etsy, where they have their products for sale as well. I was entirely unsuccessful in reaching them over the course of two weeks. I contacted my bank, and requested that the charge on my account for the non-existent products be reversed. This is where it became problematic: Perryloop Furniture is using a form of transaction software called Intuit Quickbooks, which requires that you enter your bank account information, rather than a debit or credit card. There is no way to trace these transactions through Intuit, which has no knowledge or responsibility for how its data products are used. Worse, when you do a transaction in this way, your bank cannot, according to law, reverse the charge. I have been trying to get a refund for these products for a month, and my bank is unable to help me. This company is a scam.
