6/2/2019 I bought 2 kittens from this website: perimerpersiankittens.com the seller's name is Rafael ***. The kitten each was advertised for 50% off. Which is 300.00 each. To purchased the kittens, I was instructed to pay by paypal. The seller insisted on using the "Sending to a friend" method rather than "paying for a item or service" The first purchased was for a kitten named Lily. The second named Nida The seller never mentioned anything about having to pay for insurance of any of the mentioned kittens. For Lily, I was contacted by email from [email protected] after the seller and myself had combined on the agreed amount of 3000.00 for the transport of Lily. That it required for Lily to be vaccinated for another 550.00 To pay the required money I was told by the courier/cargo shipping person to go to a Western Union wire the money to an alias to whom I do not know whatsoever! And then to take a snapshot of the receipt and email it to them. I was instructed by Rafael Manore to not tell the Western Union to what the transaction was for! I thought all this seems bogus. So therefore, I backed out. Rafael pleaded with me to trust him and help pay for it for it would cost him more to get Lily back. So I relented and helped pay for the required sum. Today was 07-22-2019 was when I was assured by Rafael that Lily would be delivered. It came and went without any notice of delivery for Lily. I had contacted Rafael multiple times via texts only it was dead silent on his end. My second purchase from Rafael was for 250.00 for kitten named Nida its the same conclusion as the first. But this time after the first stop at Buffalo airport to San francisco airport I was told the Nida had to be license to be transport to California for 750.00 After I had to pay for rental of crate for Nida at 900.00 and 1000.00 of my contribution and Rafael of 2000.00 3000.00 (paypal, Zelle chase pay, Walmart giftcard) total for insuring for Nida. I have all the bill of sales. Textings from the owner to the cargo representative. I just want my full refund back. I know I probably not going to see the Kittens that I have purchased. It sure looks that way. Therefore, I would like a full refund from both the seller and the cargo shipping company. I realized that this here is a bogus scam and I fell for it. Hook line and sinker! Also I would like these people be put out of business as to not scam other consumers.
