Was trying to check status of concert tickets ordered from Ticketmaster, but could not find them. Looked up Ticketmaster number and called what I thought was it. The number I called was 888-973-0445. It was answered by a recording that the call would be recorded. Then a man named John Gibson came on the line. He identified himself as a Ticketmaster employee and assured me he could help me. He said he could not take my debit or credit card over the phone and told me to go the Target and purchase a $300 gift card. I did this and called him back with card information. I did not receive any tickets and was charged double for them by Mr. Gibson.
