They send a sales person out to make the sale, request a 20% deposit and then they string you along with "delivery/scheduling/freight & supply chain issues"...then they ghost you for months. Then they slow play a resolution, by saying "Supply Chain Issues" to extend the installation date. When you beg & plead, they eventually say "okay, we can schedule you in the next 2-3 months, after you've already waited 6+ months. When you start to use legal terms & threats, they all of a sudden have your product. I simply want my entire refund back, and they delay the refund process by another 3 months. I'm now almost 10 months into this debacle.
