Purchased 40” roku TCL tv listed on the website in June of 2020, received tracking number after requesting it through email, delivered marked as “left in mailbox”, got a dirty package of the 10 face masks. Contacted customer service email and was told it was a “mistake due to its popularity” only after I was told that it was marked as “delivered” and maybe a neighbor signed or it a room mate picked it up. (I have a ring door bell that shows no footage of anyone or a box the size of a television) I had to photograph the matching tracking number on the package to the one they listed. They offered to resend the item for free and I was send a fake tracking site and my package was “lost” another email was sent that I could get it resent again for free. I requested a refund and was asked if I would take 60% due to the package not being sent back and a surcharge for the refund fee. Emails back and forth for a month declaring that I never got a package to return and I was not at fault for the shipping company “losing” the item. Since July 2020 to now (The end of September 2020) am being told that the refund would be processed 7-20 days from the 5th of the month and now being told that “it is the selling season and that the process of the refund would be delayed”
