The Google Play Store- Hopper Inc ( Travel Agency) App has multiple locations between Canada & US, However, There is no direct contact, They ONLY respond by email, claiming 2 business days. They will charge you for a faster response/reply regarding the false and misleading services they offer, There are numerous consumers complaints on various websites complaining about app glitches, error codes/messages, missing funds, deposits not being returned or applied toward the purchases for (flights,car rentals and/or hotels).
