They sent a person out to survey the property to cut. We agreed on a price of four cuts at 39.00 per week with a deposit for the first month. They never returned to cut the grass. They gave repeated excuses claiming they would come the next week. They never returned and stopped answering phone calls. The website has no address or direct contact information other than an answering machine they will not answer. The last email sent out promised a refund and that has not come either.
