I placed an order and was charged for it, but never received my item i ordered. I emailed them and I got a reply once saying that my order was shipped but not given the date and was given a bogus tracking number. Its been 2 weeks and I have not heard back from anyone nor has my item arrived. They have no phone number on their website.
