Person has a fake online account selling products. When ordering product was asked for payment info and selected debit card. Payment was made in the amount of $20.00. Then, seller requested payment via Paypal. Since I thought maybe the payment via debit card had not been processed I made payment via Paypal in the amount of $21.60. Both payments were paid out via my checking account. I have since requested refund from PayPal and am working on getting a refund for the secondary charge in the amount of $20.00.
