This is a complete SCAM. I paid for a product back in December of 2018 in the amount of $350.00 I was continuously told that the delays were due to the holidays and asked to wait. After several months of waiting, I asked for a refund and was then BLOCKED by the profile. I did more research online and found this page on instagram: perfectbagzisascam (DONOTBUYFROMPERFECTBAGZ.COM). It is a page that someone created just this month. It contains several experiences like mine. Please shut this place down! I have reported the issued to my credit card company and filed a policy report.
