The website perfectsculptbrand.com is a complete scam. Beware of the facebook advertisment of perfect sculpt as well. The perfect sculpt company (now hereafter referred to as the company) has a website that offers clothes and bras and the like. When you order a item, they take your money and they issue you a fake DHL shipping/tracking number. When you use the tracking number it directs you the to correct DHL website but it says that the item can not be tracked. It can not be tracked because the tracking number they issued you is actually an authentication number, not a tracking number. You order never gets shipped, until a grossly large amount of time has gone by and you as the customer has raised the issue with the service department several times. I raised the issue with the service department several times and most times my emails were ignored, or when they were replied, the content in the response was merely lies and saying the same words over and over again. I contacted DHL and their response was the "tracking" number that I was issued was actually an authentication number. I then contacted the company again and informed them that I had contacted DHL and was now onto their scam and I was demanding a refund. The company told me that they could only refund the money in terms of a credit for the website, to which I laughed and replied that they are stealing money. To order another order with the "credit" would be initiating the whole scam all over again. The company basically relies on a person forgetting about their order and then accepting their balogne refunding of credit to the website only. Which entitle the customer to never get their order. The total time elapsed from order to discovering the scam was from April 30, 2019 to June 12, 2019. Thanks to DHL's honestly, I was able to determine that my package had never been shipped from the beginning. I chose to get my money back through filing a dispute with my credit card/paypal.
