Received an email for their pitcher for their 'free introductory offer only $9.95 to cover shipping and handling'. Ordered same, and less than a month later I was charged $149.85 for 3 filters which I never requested and was never informed of, I but eventually received. After returning the pitcher and unwanted filters (and a number of emails), I was 'authorized' a refund of the $149.85 - 'which would take 30 days to process'. The 30 days was up two weeks ago, and again after a few emails, I was informed there had been a 'problem' and it 'would be taken care of'.

As the company is in Texas and I am in Arizona, I believe this qualified as the federal felony of mail fraud.
