My wife had paid over $1100 to this company before she realized it was NOT a major medical insurance program, AS THEY CLAIM IT IS. They SELL IT THIS WAY! When I called to dispute them and try for a refund, they hung up and blocked my number, to which they lied saying they were having trouble with their phones (very hard to believe when, in customer service, phones are landline-based. I work in the same field.) We have already worked on disputing this with our bank, and will continue to file suit if we do not receive our money. Please make sure when trying to find health insurance, go through the right loopholes and watch for trap calls. We have learned our lesson and are trying to right this wrong.
