This company has several advertisements with videos showing their wig products that they offer. The wigs in the video high quality, thick and nice. Once you make your order and receive it, you will find out that it is a cheap, short and nappy wig and does not match the video or the description. Many people have stated their frustration on facebook and online. Many have paid through Paypal and have tried to receive their money by opening up a dispute. Since the dollar amount is not of interest of to them to do some work, they just close the case stating that it is not that far off without investigating. When you try to call the company no one will answer the phone and the voicemail is unprofessional in nature. The website states that they will call within 24 hrs and that is not true. If you email them to ask for a refund they will block you. PLEASE do your research and look them up and review all of the comments.
