I applied for a remote position on indeed.com for a customer service support rep working remotely for a company called pepper tree hospitality group. This was an email that was sent back to me. Stating they wanted me to answer questions based as an interview. I answered the question not thinking anything of it. Not anything invasive was asked. Then I received another email explaining that I had been moved forward in this process. The second email asked for some personal information. Also stating neighbor gonna send a check for a sign on bonus and a check for buying equipment. I then built like something was wrong with it. This so I did contact the group what I found online for a hotel group on the West Coast. I left a voicemail have not heard anything back yet then today I received another email saying that I was given the job at this point I'm not physically spoken to anybody I did request at this time for them to give me a call, because why would you hire somebody that you've never physically spoken to? And at that time, I got an email back saying that it was an undelivable email address which didn't make sense at this point. I'd write email 3 times with this email address. So I feel like something's going on here. That's not right, I haven't been able to find anything as a legit company with this name. Looking for remote workers other than it is posted on a few of the job boards at this point I will be including screenshots of all emails and stuff that was sent to me.
