These employers will post jobs on the message board and attempt to get you to fill give you their social security number and driver's license. They are extremely convincing with a fake interview and try to reroute you to tlak on Google chats or Skype. They even have fake job offer letters for you to sign. They pose as employers and then attempt to get to get your ID and SS# without sending you through a verified background check site.

Avoid them at all costs.
