Purchased an ice maker from the company June 16. Never received a tracking number. When I contacted them they told me I would get a tracking number within the week. I didn’t, so I contacted them again. Gave me a number. Tracked the item, it was delivered mid-august to Brooklyn NY, I live in CA. I brought this too their attention, lame excuses followed but they would contact the shipping agent and get it collected and resent to me. Asked me for my address. They had the address from the order. Gave it to them again. No tracking number again. When contacted again, they told me to use the same number as before. The item is still in Brooklyn and 3 months after ordering and not getting my machine, I filed a complaint with the credit card company. Looked up some info on the internet, A LOT of people have had the same issue with them. Said they were a London company, but all shipping/tracking is from China.
