I purchased an assortment of temporary hair color wav for $65.96 on January 19, 2020. Two days later received a shipping notification with a tracking number. I checked tracking number and no such package was sent. I waited a week and checked again and same results. 2/2/20 I emailed inquiring. 2/3/20 I received email saying order is delayed due to Chinese New Year. 2/5/20 received email confirming order and told to wait 15 days for delivery. 2/26/20 I again emailed asking where order is. 2/29/20 received email apologizing for delay and again saying order is in process.3/21/20 I emailed and canceled order 4/24/20 I emailed again canceling my order. 4/24/20 I received email saying they could not cancel order and giving me yet another tracking number.4/24/20 I emailed saying again I do not want this order. 6/3/20 I sent another email inquiring 6/19/20 I filed a claim with PayPal. 6/20/20 PayPal notified me I have 3 days to escalate my case with she Swiss to a claim. I had a few claims with PayPal and couldn’t figure out who she Swiss was since I was dealing with Pentacute. By the time I reached PayPal they closed the case and will not open it. I tried my credit union but they cannot help since purchase was made more than 60 days ago. I still have not received a package or a refund.

I ordered a wig grip headband from them around May 15, 2020. It took them almost a month to finally send my product. I know shipping can be delayed because of COVID-19, but almost a month?! I sent them an email, but no response (I thought I was being scammed). The tracking number was correct for my order, it just took too long to receive. What I ordered is what I did receive. I will never order from them again!

I ordered 2 facial toners on April 21 it is now May 26, over a month after I ordered. I still have not received my package and the tracking is complete bull [censored]. I used my tracking number, downloaded the app and all it says is "shipped." No other information at all. Idk where my package even shipped to, Idk which carrier, and I have no estimate as to when it will arrive! After seeing how many people have experienced similar issues I am beginning to consider litigation! [censored] this site!

I order some panties in January. They sent me a text saying that my order had been ship on January 22nd. I have sent several emails
And they tell me that it is in Transit, and yet the tracking site says there is no information on my order. I then asked for the $23.93 and was told that it is in transit and that I cannot have a refund. Say what? This Pentacute is a total rip- off!

I ordered the Reusable & Washable Fast Hair Dye Set after seeing a video of the supposed product on Facebook. Looked like a fun and easy product for my daughter and I. After waiting almost 2 months to receive the product, the quality is horrible as the compacts fall apart in your hands as you try to slide them down your hair. They also rip your hair out and the color is too dry to really stick to the hair well. Do not waste your money on these - great idea, horrible, flimsy product. I emailed the support email to request a return/refund, but based on other reviews I do not expect to hear back. Will update if I hear anything.

I ordered three "human balloons" and they delivered three "decorative balloons". They were supposed to be large balloons that people can climb inside and would have an opening at the area where you put air of 10.5 cm. These have a 4 cm opening and there is no way anyone can climb inside. It took six weeks to get these things and they are not at all as advertised. I have reached out to them multiple times but they do not respond. TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered some mascara in early November and still do not have it. I reached out to the company and they admitted that this is taking long than their normal delivery time but would look in to it and get back to me. I have heard nothing and that was 10 days ago. Tracking information is all in Chinese and it appears it never left China. Total scam! I requested a refund - crickets.
