I saw an ad for a free trial of cellulite cream. When the free trial webpage came up, there was no disclaimer that I would also be purchasing a subscription which had two orders already in place for the month of July and August. I tried calling the customer care number 3 times, but all three times no one answered after I was on hold and was just sent to a voicemail machine. I have now emailed them twice at [email protected] urging them to cancel my order if I am unable to cancel my subscription. There has yet to be a response back. I now plan on disputing the charges on my credit card and making sure my credit card company is flagged when another one of their charges tries to come through and I may have them send me a new card with a new number for that matter. I even went as far as to look up the address in google and some "Ripoff" site came up with someone complaining of another company with the same address.
