Company named PennyMac displayed on my phone Caller ID on 8/25/21 twice. This company is Not in my contact list. They asked me to provide my social security number and address to reduce my mortgage. The callers did not know where I lived, did not have my account number, and kept phishing to get more information from me. I finally asked them to call me back. I think they were recording my answers and kept asking me questions to keep me on the phone. Call lasted 5 minutes which was mostly hold time. The call came on 8/2521 at 11:07am and again at 2:39pm. I answered the 2:39pm call. They have not called me back but they have my voice recorded along with my name and address, phone number, and last 4 digits of my social security number. That is too much information that can be used for financial gain.
