Penny Sluiter yorkie breeder Reports & Reviews (3)

Hello Penny also reached out to me on Instagram and said she had Yorkies she wanted to rehome but would only provide pictures and she would never video chat with me when I would request it. She claimed to live in Las Vegas. She told me she would call me while she was walking the dogs which seems very odd since the pup was only 10 weeks old and it’s been raining a lot these days. She sent me all these pics and a picture of her saying she’s a real person. Please be aware!

Penny Sluiter pretended to be a dachshund breeder in South Carolina. Penny joined a Facebook group for SC adoptions and rehoming. Penny charged 200 dollars through PayPal to the email [email protected] and 200 dollars through Zelle to Jamil S [email protected]. Penny disguised herself as a white woman and when I called her it turned out to be a male from another country. When I confronted the man about the scam and asked for my money back he blocked me on all forms on social media.

This “breeder” was found on Instagram and has many yorkie puppies for sale on their Instagram. when interested in purchasing I messaged the women selling the puppies she gave me her license and picture of who she was and a picture of the puppy. After talking with the breeder the final cost of the puppy was 750 dollars to have it delivered and flown to our state. The 750 dollars was sent and the breeder sent the bill of sale to me. When looking at the bill of sale I noticed that the puppy was born in February when the breeder said the puppy was 9 weeks old. It is currently May and if the puppy was born in February that would make her 15 weeks old. She then said that the agency would be contacting me. The agency then called me and said that in order to send the puppy we needed to pay a 980 dollar refundable insurance fee on top of the 750 dollars just sent. This fee was not discussed before purchasing the puppy. The breeder continued to say in order to get the puppy we needed to pay 980 dollars which was NOT discussed at all. The agency also said that the puppy would be delivered in one day after sending the money which seems like a scam.
