I ordered a custom football jersey as a gift for Christmas. I paid extra shipping to have it arrive within 10 days which should have been the 13th. Contacted them as a week had gone by and there was no status update. They finally got back to me simply stating it was “in process.” It is now Christmas Eve and it finally arrived. While the name and numbers are correct, the quality of the product is less than acceptable. The logo on the front looks like it was poorly sewn on by hand and the logos on the shoulders are facing two DIFFERENT directions. I immediately contacted them and was basically told “oh well” and offered 15% off my next purchase. I could understand if I had misspelled the name or ordered the wrong size, but the quality of the product or the fraudulent placement of the logos was not my doing. I’m pretty sure their “customer reviews” are stollen photos since there is nowhere to leave a review and no information given with the photo.
