The charge on my card was under the business name Horticultural And Landscaping Services (At The Beginning) but their website and emails were labeled Penguin Snow Co. Attempting to call the phone number associated with the charge to my credit card gives only a voicemail box with a default automated voice saying the person you tried to call is unavailable.

They claim to be a snow removal service. The website looked legit during the time of year when home owners are signing up for a seasonal contract of snow clearing. Now that the first big snowfall has occurred, the site changed to a "something has gone wrong" page, and there's no way to contact them other than an 844 number that their receipt email said you have to text - but no one replies. No one has plowed, or replied to my attempts to contact them.
