"meagan hadid" approached me via email stating that she found my resume on LinkedIn. She presented a job offer in my field from a pharmaceutical company called pellepharm. She asked me to interview and set up a phone interview and the first time that she reached out they never called and when I reached out to see what happened. They sent an email a week later stating that they had system issues as to why i was not contacted. Later I scheduled a phone interview with someone named 'sam' who had an indian accent. Afterwards they sent a assessment for me to do and a few days later sent an offer letter. With the offer letter they sent an I-9 and W-2 form. I filled out the info and sent it back. I know something was not right after they stated they were sending my work from home supplies and i would have to cover the shipping cost which was freight, So i tried to look her up on LinkedIn but couldnt find her profile. However, i found a post someone made with the same email i had received. So this person is misrepresenting this pharmaceutical company which is a valid company. Then fooling people with fake offer letters and interviews. Hower, my concern is my info i sent for the documents that they provided being used or sold to someone. I emailed the company but im still waiting on a reply from. I did not give any money or bank info but they do have my name, address, phone, ss#, and ID.
