I ordered 2 tv antennas from their ad on Facebook back in April 2020. They were supposed to pull in 80 channels or you could send them back for a full refund and they would cover the shipping costs to return them. The ad showed an antenna with hinges on each side and explained that this allowed one to pull in channels without needing to relocate the antenna. So it was 3-sided. They claimed they lived in Pennsylvania, and in spite of mountains, were able to get all these channels. They claimed the antennas were made in North Carolina. I read all the comments before ordering, and figured I should receive this item in a week. Once I purchased them, I was given a tracking number that never worked! And got charged a foreign fee. It took more than 8 weeks for me to receive anything in the mail from them. When it arrived, the two antennas fit in a small envelope. They sent me small flat antennas, like a mud flap. No hinge, and not at all what was pictured. The envelope was from Jon, at an address in Auburn, AL, which happens to be a gas station. The company offered me a refund of $15. I filed a dispute with PayPal and am hope that I will get my money refunded. Every day PayPal changes the date that this is expected to be resolved. First it was to be resolved by July 5th, and now it says August 12th. Save yourself from dealing with this company by remembering if it sounds to good to be true, it is probably a scam!

Ordered a reclining chair for $64, for a Father’s Day gift on May 19, 2020. On June 12, 2020 at 3:30 am the item was in Stow, Ohio. After a week I contacted the company via email, they told me “Due to Covid” the shipments are behind and to wait. Another week went by at this point Father’s Day has past. I ask for my money back and I was told all they could give me was $2. I said no I want my item or my full refund. They then said that they are working with the shipping company to get it to me. After many more emails back and forth, on July 29, 2020 I received a item that wasn’t what I ordered and it didn’t even have instructions or a photo of what this is. I tried to put it together and it was impossible the fabric didn’t fit the frame. It isn’t useable at all.

I ordered a reclining luxury chair for $64.99 on May 19, 2020. On June 12, 2020 at 3:30 am the chair arrived in Stow, Ohio. I have been contacting them ever since June 12, 2020. After multiple emails to the company they sent me a chair that isn’t at all what I ordered. In fact it didn’t come with instructions and no matter how I tried putting it together it wasn’t safe to even put my 8 year old in. I believe this is a company that is all about scamming people out of money. Please don’t give them anymore business and spread the word to not purchase any items from them.

I ordered toilet paper that was advertised as 6 Mega rolls that were supposed to be the equivalent of 36 rolls. This is what I received today, almost 4 months later. I'm so glad I filed a complaint with my bank and got my money back.

Through a Facebook ad, I purchased two chairs. The vendor billed me and sent a USPS tracking number. For weeks, I checked the tracking number and the item was NEVER shipped. I asked multiple times to cancel the item and the vendor refused. Finally, they admitted the item was on backorder, so I, therefore, requested they cancel the order. The vendor shipped the two items I did NOT order and charged me for the original items. When I contacted the vendor, they refused to provide an address to ship it back to, told me I was responsible for shipping cost, and let me know it would be a LONG time before I got a refund if I tried to ship it. When I checked the website, they dont offer a return address to ship to. Multiple emails ensued back and forth with high-pressure tactics on their side. They are a Chinese company (not the USA/UK as they represent) and they illegally charged my card and then send goods I never ordered.

Purchased a deluxe swing camping chair. They send a small child size chair. They started with a 20% refund and threatening it would cost me $20 to send back. Now it's up to 40%. Everyday I respond I want a full refund, $64.00 plus tax and every day I got a different CS saying this is their final order. Below is the lesser chair and one like what I ordered.

I'm dealing with this exact same scam with this company right now! I ordered the swing chair through a Facebook ad which looked legitimate and after 3 months of trying to track the order with this company I received this inferior camp chair that can be bought at any dollar store for less then $10! I'm at the "40% discount" stage of their bait and switch scam and have continued to make threats toward legal action but they feel they are giving me a great deal to keep what I didn't order. I purchased using Paypal so they are involved in the investigation and can hopefully get my money back. It would be nice if Facebook would do a better job of screening their advertisers. The email address they are using for their correspondence with me is [email protected] if anyone cares to send them a nice note!
