This app, Pei, allows you to sign up, link your bank account by routing and account number, and card. You get cashback for each pei merchant purchase. Well I've accumulated over $16 in cashback and they refuse to send the money owed. They also refuse to acknowledge the credits they claim you receive when referring people. You're connecting your bank information- this is NOT SAFE.
