i ordered 3 diamond paintings in Dec 2019. I received 1 and still waiting on the other two. they was a surprise to my family and now they have ruined it. i paid it with a pre paid visa card. and all i want is my pictures i ordered i paid 72.70. i have tried contacting them many times over and no reply. what does a working person have to do to get the order they pay for.?

This website advises you 5-15 Days delivery then when you dig a bit more it says it can take anywhere between 5-35 days depending on the country of origin. I placed an order with this website on August 21, 2018 and it was confirmed the next day August 22, 2018. I have yet to receive this package and have requested a refund from the company three times as of today. They first asked I allow more time so I did. After that time frame lapsed I reached out again to advise still no package and requested a refund again. I was asked to wait more time again and at this time I stated NO. That it had been well over the 35 days for delivery and that I wanted a refund. I never received a response to my request. I reached out again and this time I received a response stating I needed to contact my local postal office and I became at this time irate with the company. It has been over 2 months since this company took my money and they are in more words or less refusing to refund me and I have NOT received any product. I will never purchase from this company again and will not be referring anyone to the website either.
