I was contacted by Pedrino about installing windows and set up an estimate. Once the estimate was made I was told I would be contacted by a "Terry" in the office in 3-4 weeks to set up an installation date. That was April 29th and it is now June 29th and we have yet to be able to get in contact with the office. I have left several messages with my contact number with no response. I have received a few messages on my home answering machine saying my windows are ready and they would like to set up installation but i am only able to reach the same voicemail daily. In addition, 2-3 days after our initial meeting my credit card was being used to charge phone orders from Home Depot. I eventually had to close my Credit Card account and get a new account number. Pedrino has not mentioned any issues with my previous card and the ability to charge it for the deposit.
