REC'D CONFIRMATION ON AUGUST 22ND, 2021 THAT PRODUCT WAS BEING SHIPPED OUT. GIVEN 17TRACK.NET/EN TO TRACK PACKAGE FOR DELIVERY. SEPTEMBER 2ND, 2021 CHECKED 17TRACK.NET/EN TO SEE WHERE PACKAGE MAY HAVE BEEN ON THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE, IT SHOWS THAT PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED ON SEPTEMBER 2ND, AT 11:46AM IN/AT MAILBOX...UM, NOT POSSIBLE, CAUSE IF IT WAS A BIG BOX THEN THERES NO WAY IT WOULD FIT IN THE MAILBOX. TURNS OUT IT WAS A [censored]TY ICE CUBE TRAY THAT YOU COULD PURCHASE AT THE DOLLAR STORE! I'VE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO THE PECOAST EMAIL AND NO RESPONE. HONESTLY DON'T THINK I WILL BE GETTING ONE! THE LITTLE CARD THAT IS ENCLOSED WITH THE [censored]TY ICE CUBE TRAY SAYS THAT IF THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT THAT I HAVE TO PAY MYSELF TO SHIP IT BACK TO THE ADDRESS LISTED ON THE PACKAGE. AT LEAST I'M GUESSING THAT WHERE I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK TO. AS FOR THE LAME EMAIL ADDRESS OF [email protected], WHO KNOWS WHAT OR WHOM THAT BELONGS TO...I'LL PROBABLY MAKE UP A BOGUS EMAIL MYSELF JUST TO SEND A EMAIL TO THAT ADDRESS AND SEE WHAT THE OUTCOME MAY BE...

I ordered an ice maker it said it would be here in 6 to 9 days I had not received it so I reached out to let them know. Next thing I know I'm receiving this tiny package in my mailbox so I bring it inside I open it and it's an ice tray I didn't order an ice tray I couldn't figure out where it had come from so I looked the company up on the web. I started reading these complaints about the ice maker and getting ice trays instead. Then I figured out that I got jumped because this was supposed to be my ice maker I guess. I am sending you a picture of what I was supposed to get and a picture of what I actually got. I would like to get my money back I just don't know how if you could help me with this I would be very grateful.

This "company" was offering an ice maker for a low price of $22 and change, stating that because of the pandemic, they were overstocked. I made the purchase, and a few weeks later, received a cheap ice cube tray I could have bought at the dollar store. Buyer beware! There are a few others going by different names offering the same product.
