This website is taking unauthorized money out of credit card. I have a membership, but they are double charging me. No customer service number is available. I've tried to reach them twice via email but no response. I don't know what to do. I don't know if this company is in London, Japan, or the United States. I want my money refunded back to my account. The only way to contact them is through a message board. They will not provide an email or number.
