Purchased office furniture (table) on Nov. 7, 2019. It has been 3 months and the product was never received. I left countless voicemails and reached out to customer service by email. The responses ranged from "Sorry for the inconvenience. We checked with our warehouse. Your order has been processed and it will be shipped shortly." "We will get back to you as soon as possible." "We sincerely apologize on the delay of your case, we are still working on your case internally and will get back to you with an update shortly."
