  I ordered directly from their website. Paid, confirmed and waited. Got a tracking that never amounted to nothing. Waited for almost 3 weeks, then I emailed customer support. Was told I couldn’t get a refund but never asked for one and simply was asking for any updates on my order. I was givin another tracking number, again, nothing. Waited. A week later I got a package that wasn’t what I ordered. A cheap knock off of something, clearly not what I ordered. I immediately emailed customer service again an explained as well as vented my dissatisfaction of feeling ripped off. They replied they were sorry, won’t send anything else and offered a six dollar refund for my troubles. Now the day I ordered this item my credit card issuer locked my card due to suspicious activity which in turn got my card canceled and replaced. Add everything up and I wouldn’t give them anything to refund me on. I’ve learned my lesson but just want to make everyone else aware. This site is a scam, Period.
