On Wed 2/24 I made a purchase on Pearlgobuy for a realistic baby monkey. The purchase was almost to good to be true so I searched the website on Google and found a lot of negative comments and Scam alerts. So I sent them an email that same day and cancelled my order and requested a full refund. On Thurs 2/25 I received from Pearlgobuy a full refund with no questions asked, and that was that. Today Sat 03/06 I received a little package in the mail that was a toy stuffed monkey. Since the only baby monkey I purchased was the one that was cancelled from Pearlgobuy I know this monkey came from them not sure as to why I received this unless it was clearly a mistake. I am glad I got this because I now know that my gut was right about Pearlgobuy and the realistic monkey was to good to be true. I have a stuffed monkey with plastic eyes, stuffed body with nose, paws and toes that are just stitched. Pearlgobuy is scamming and lying to customers with misleading product information and pictures and what you receive is not what you ordered.
