I paid for my glasses in full, and was given change back only to show up to pick them up and be told that I owed $28 still (which I was sure I didn’t) I emphasized to the owner that people make mistakes miscounted happen and he was adamant that nothing occurred wrong on their behalf,I work hard and have no desire to cheat anyone and know exactly what I paid. I also ordered transitional lenses only to show up and receive sunglasses, they re ordered my transitions but the whole experience reflects negligence to me, I spent over 1200$!and truly wish I would have supported another company, because after reaching out to “pearl vision customer service” they do nothing to help if the store is “independently owned” as a franchise which most of them are anyway, I’ll be returning to America’s best or a local optometrist in the future, I hope this helps to direct someone on a better path, best of wishes.
