I ordered 1 eyebrow pen for $1.95 shipping and declined 2 free bundles offered for additional shipping fees but was charged 3 shipping fees and 2 makeup bundles were added to my order. I have tried to contact Pearl Makeup by email and phone but the phone number doesn’t work and the email response only explained how ordering bundles works. No refund nor cancellation was honored and I filed a dispute with my bank, which gave me a different phone number to try but it was for Pearl Eve, not associated with Pearl Makeup. This company scams you into ordering additional items and charges you for additional shipping they claim cannot be reimbursed. I saw their advertisement on Instagram and I want to warn everyone not to fall for their too good to be true scam. My debit card was charged $1.95, $11.45, and $9.95. I reported that card stolen as those charges were unauthorized. Please, do not fall for the Pearl Makeup scam!

These scammers posted a duo of lipsticks for only $4.00 S&H...before you complete purchase they say you are eligible to receive a bundle and pay only S&H...I figured it would be $8.00. Nope...$30.00 later AND they do not disclose this or the fact you cannot cancel the order until AFTER you make the purchase. I did some investigating and others have said the same! I cancelled my credit card and am going to dispute the charges. I sent them a nasty gram and told them they were scammers.

Their "giveaways" last an hour each time you refresh a page. This is a no no, as seen with kenza Cosmetics and is illegal. I believe Boohoo got in trouble for doing this as well. Giveaways or sales that actually don't expire are a tactic to get more money and more people.

?The say they are going to charge you about $2.95 for shipping and handling. And then they tacked on an extra $14.95. They said that was the processing through FedEx which was never stated anywhere on their website. They refused three times to give me a refund. I have gone through PayPal to try and get my refund or to make sure for sure that that $14.95 does not go through. My order has not even been processed they have not packaged it up and shipped it out I told them all they have to do is refund me my money and not even send me the product and they refused. I also contacted my bank and told them that anything processed by this company is not to be allowed. They also said that simultaneously the $14.95 comes from them shipping as soon as possible through FedEx but also something else that I added to my card when I in fact did not add it to my cart. I've given the company multiple times to just cancel my order and refund me my money and they completely refuse. I've attached an image of the emails and two confirmations from my bank and PayPal to prove I opened a request and case so the scammers are not paid.
