This company advertised puzzles on Facebook, and my parents went to order one. They are not very familiar with online shopping, so I also went to the site (so I could see the same thing from a separate location) and tried to help. The interface was PayPal, which I generally trust. But when we saw that the final page (just before actually ordering) that showed cost and shipping charges suddenly included an inflated price that was far above what had been promised, we both navigated away from the site WITHOUT hitting the button to confirm the order. The company charged us both anyway and has not responded to any request for cancellation/refund. Facebook reviews on the Peak Pati page show that the same has happened to others. We are disputing with PayPal and the credit cards involved but have not received any of our money back at this point.
