I was trying to book a massage with this company, which kept requiring me to send money via PayPal to book. I thought it was getting ridiculous by the lack of care to keep communication from the masseuse. I showed up to the location a hotel, but was then cancelled on by the masseuse for reasons of medical emergency. I said I completely understand I just want the $1,000 out of the $1,600 total I have back, because they guaranteed it numerous times to me.
