Got an Instagram ad for a product (vanity table with chair) that I ordered online. It took a month for shipping and when I received the product it was a completely different product. They shipped me a scarf with a horse print that I did not order. I contacted customer service and didn’t get any response until I put a fraud alert on my credit card. Then the company emailed me and asked me to send back the scarf to an address in China but I would need to pay for the shipping for my refund. I looked for more reviews online and it seems like the same scam is going around. I was refunded the money but don’t want others to get scammed.
