This business has been interacting with us on instagram for a while as a promotional company to help get your business exposure. They recently shared with us some information, via instagram, regarding a bridal show they would be hosting. They were also hosting other makers markets and events. They have a physical location and a working website. We booked to be part of their 3 day bridal show event on March 31st through April 2nd. We booked through their website, which used Square to process our payment and the total was $375. On march 19th, they messaged us to say that the event was canceled and we would recieve a full refund within 7 to 10 business days. We sent them receipts, asked them to confirm it would be in the amount of $375. They said yes. We asked them to confirm that we would have our money refunded by March 31st, they confirmed. We have saved images of all of our conversations. They have not refunded any money to us or any of the vendors that they had sign up to their events, and we have past the 7 to 10 business day threshold. We never interacted with them in person, but we have been in contact with others who have and have also not recieved their money back. We can provide their information, and they can share their own experience. These people are still operating on instagram, and still have a working website.
