Have gotten several calls from PDS Mediation "regarding a direct involvement of a potential civil action filed against me". After looking into this it appears to be regarding alleged magazine subscriptions which I have never purchased. They have since called my family members multiple times as well. I have read that it is a scam to try and get people to "settle" and make an immediate payment. As advised I have pulled my credit report to see if they got my information that way, however am unsure what I am looking for in order to know if this is how they got my information.
