said I have a virus I paid $119.00. they called back a month later and said they could not fix the problem and were giving me a refund of $200.00 they deposited $2000.00 in my checking account. I started to question them and I said you are scamming me. they wanted me to send them a gift card for $1500.00 after questing them more I checked my account the $2000.00 dollars was deducted from my account. I told them this is a scam I do not want a refund don't call me again and i was going to report them.

Just this week this same orignation contacted me for the second time, I had no idea it was a scam the first time, when I paid them from my debit card, then they called me again two days ago, said my computer was unsecure, and that they had to reinstall the pC protection. They had gained access to my computer via remote to work on same. At the same time they were in my bank account and I could see the transactions going back and forth. I said you don't have permission to go into my bank account, this same person proceeded to transfer wire money right on my computer, then they blacked out my entire computer when they were still working onmy checking accounts. Who and were are these pilishers, they have taken 500.00 from my account, and then tried to wire another 2,760.00. which they said was an error when they were sending me a refund, my checking accounts on line with wells fargo were being manipulted right before my very eyes, Now I come to find out that this is a scam from a long time.

Would not give physical address. Said they were in CA, clearly they are outside of the US. They scammed my 83 year old father by emailing him and getting money ($1190) out of his checking. When I realized we searched his email and they took $1500 and $300 from his accounts in 2016. They also called his phone and said he had child porn on his computer and they needed to send them $10,000 or they would report him to the police. My father reported this information to the police.
