My daughters tried to click on a movie and a message popped up that said detected a serious threat to our computer and that we needed to call a certain number to have the issue resolved. This person said our computer had been hacked and that they could fix the problem for a lifetime for $599.99. When I told him we weren't interested in the service. He said I still owed him $99.99 because he supposedly discovered that our computer had been hacked. I refused to pay but can you please look into this. I believe they tried calling me back using the number 1-855-704-1390. Norton was able to remove this virus.
