They didn't identify themselves other than that they said they were retained to collect "a debt"... I have no debts that are in arrears - all my accounts are current.

She left a message saying something has been resolved so now I need to pay what I owe. She said the company name was "PCM" with no explanation what that is until the very end when she mentioned she's a debt collector. She asked to please call back or go to their website to set up a payment plan or else this will be sent to collections. She never mentioned my name or what I needed to pay for.
