I have recieved these and others like it since i registared my buiseness.

Scam and target scam mail and emails are just a part of our world. The trick is to always read the fine print because in their first letters they state (in very fine print) that they are not affiliated with any government agencies. Secondly they offer a notification service for updates. Our govenment doesn't do that. They change things then tell you it is your legal responsibility to keep track of those things on your own. The best you can do is research companies and thier departments. This is obvously a scam that uses public data bases to scan for new businesses when the register with the Secritary of State department. You can do the same to them. research them and once you know through it away and move on with your life. Best advice I can give for now is always be suspicious of any mail that is designed to manipulate you into a fearful position.

Hi there I received this in the mail months ago and I know it is very damaged but I didn’t know what to do about it at the time because I was finally identity theft affidavit left and right it seemed or at least multiple times and then trying to get to the bottom of other email accounts but I’ve saved this and now that I’ve looked it up it says it is a scam which would make sense.

suddaby solutions LLC was mine but back in 2011 opened in state of NY.

However I moved out of the state of New York and because it was only a sole proprietor ship and because I shut the business down I assumed it would go away but the email account associated with it I believe or compromised obviously they have been because I’ve been hacked out of that email cloud ever since 2017 but someone kept my business name alive along with the email accounts which they got into.

I just wanted to report this and thank you.

I received this after changing my mailing address multiple times actually it seems it needed to be done with the United States Postal Service and then I discovered a US PS account for the state of Rhode Island with no specific PO Box or address linked to it even though I did live in Rhode Island those addresses were listed on my credit history as well as a generic state of Rhode Island United States postal account with no specifics and it was after I did forwarding address mail from past addresses in Rhode Island and California that I received this.

Scammer found my business address, maliciously mailed me a letter claiming to be a government authority and tried to extort me for money trying to claim I needed to be "in compliance". This illegal operation needs to be shut down. They are the [censored] of our great country and this will not be tolerated.
