Was approached via email from: [email protected] about a job offer to start right away, stated they were responding to my resume on zip recruiter, to do an online interview via Google Hangouts at 8 am with :[email protected] , I was offered a job where as, I could work from home. With benefits and $26.50 per hr. training was to start at $11.50 per hour for 1 week, they would purchase my equipment, new HP laptop with high speed internet, software, and give me a $150 sign on bonus. via a company check to be sent to my p o box address that i gave them, says will send a offer letter, and check. wants me to have another meeting tomm at 8 am and she (Amy Nicole) will let me know more about check being sent etc. i am basing this as a possible scam. having gone on this ScamPulse.com scammer site and seeing duplicate information told to others, One persons specific results of having received a check and it being bogus. With that in mind i will not pursue this job offer any farther.There is such a company (googled) located in Norway, ME, and is a cancer research company, i just don't know the legitimacy of the email contact i receivd being the real thing im not taking the risk of depositing a check in my acct, i'd prefer they send me all soft ware and hardware i'd need to do the job, i have had soft and hard sent to me in the past companies will you and deduct from pay.
