After paying for a membership and "5-day service" it has now been well over a month without my gold coin being as much as processed for grading. Management has not responded after multiple requests and site admin while nice and agreed this is not acceptable no further responses have been provided or acknowledgement that this coin potentially worth over $50k is safe and being handled properly. Again this was after paying for a "5 day service" in January
