My email was hacked on February 1, 2016. Contained in those emails were several voice mails from my husband who passed away on November 16, 2015. I immediately searched for gmail support and was directed to this company. They claimed to be support for google. I explained the issue through tears and they assured me the voice mails of my husband would be restored to my gmail by the end of the day(Feb. 1). But first I needed to pay 417 dollars. Which I did. Needless to say nothing was ever done except take my money. Fortunately I was eventually able to get his voice mails restored with apple assistance. Two weeks later they told me my refund was in the mail. Never happened. It is now more than two months later.
