PC World Geek Squad Team sent emails about a charge on my credit card. Transfer done renewal successful $149.99 for 12 month subscription. It provided a phone number 800-421-4933 to call. I called the number and they said the only way to help me is by accessing my computer. Which I did not do. I do not have an account with PC World Geek Squad Team.
